Categories

  • Power Plants and desalination staff Specialist in view of serving Saline Water conversion Corp. Government of Saudi Arabia for the last 22 years, having 22,000 Résumé's in all categories - from Top Engineers to Operators and Technicians.


  • Medical and paramedical staff - including doctors, nurses and Hospital staff.


  • HVAC personnel - including Engineers, supervisor, foremen in categories like installation and maintenance of chillers, plants, Cold storage etc as well as staff of ducting, insulation, plumbing, electrician.


  • Telecommunication staff - including VHF, UHF transmission staff FOR Govt. OF Brunei Darussalam.


  • Shipyards, Dry Dock's Specialist having 14 Year Service in Dubai Dry Docks in almost all categories like X - ray Welders 2G, 3G, 5G, 6G, 6GR, TIG, MIG, ARGON, Up and down fabricators, underwater elders, cutters, etc.

  • Final Interview
    Depending on the requirement of the client, the Final Interviews can be conducted either by ASIL officials or the client’s delegates, although ASIL prefers that the client’s delegates be there in the final interview.

    Group Interview
    Group interviews are frequently carried out by ASIL to shortlist candidates. In this style, ASIL officials meet a group of 20-30 pre-screened candidates. Each session lasts for about two hours. After each group session is complete, the ASIL officials evaluate the individuals; rejects the ones whose presentation is poor whilst the rest are called for a one to one interview.

    Individual Interviews
    In this style of interviews, the delegates meet the pre-screened candidates on a one to one basis. This is where the delegates interview the short listed candidates. The number of interviews per day depends on the style of the interviews of the delegate, the category required, and the number of candidates required.
