Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control Head
o Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer. Master’s Degree is preferred. o Experience in Primavera P6 o Minimum 12-15 years experience of which minimum 5 years should be in a Planning/Scheduling & Cost Control Head Capacity. o A mix of Consultant + Contractor experience is recommended. o Candidates are recommended to have minimum 5 years experience in the Gulf of which minimum 2 years should be in a Managerial Capacity. o Candidates should have experience in Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control of MEGA projects including but not limited to High Rise Building Projects. o Able to control a team (for all projects in the Division) of Planning Managers, Planning Engineers, Planners & other related staff.

Chief Engineer
o Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil. Master’s Degree is preferred. o Experience of liaison with Architectural, Design, Execution teams. o Minimum 12-15 years experience of which minimum 5 years should be in a Chief Engineer / Chief Architect Capacity. o Candidates are recommended to have minimum 5 years experience in the Gulf of which minimum 2 years should be in a Managerial Capacity. o Work closely with the Consultant / Client / In-House Design Team / Execution Teams for Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Disciplines
